Our Pilger Features

 

1. German Rexroth Bosch ‘s products will be used for both AC servo motor and AC servo system.

2. The feed and turning system of the mill adopts several groups of servo motors which have used AC servo technology, so the system has achieved not only full digitization, intellectualization, network and integrated electro mechanization, and greatly simplified the complex of the mechanical type feed and turning mechanism. With this configuration, the system is more compact and convenient.

3. Unique technology such as 6 leads worn & worn gear and hydraulic screw for saddle make further improvement in the quality of Pilger.

4. Main gears go through the process such as hardening & grinding and important welding parts are double tempering and processing. (adpoting premium alloy steel)

10.  Using AC servo control feed and turning system, the feeding quantity can be precise and reliable and can be stepless adjustable.  

11.  The mill takes its charging mode at the end part. Compared to the side charging way, off- mandrel device is cancelled, which can make the mandrel have a more precise position in the deformation section.  

12.  Using curve type mandrel, this decreases the rolling pressure and makes the metal deformation of blanks uniform and reasonable.  

13.  Adopting blank inner surface lubrication so as to enhance the inner surface quality and prolong the service life of the mandrel.

14. Machine paramters can be redesigned to cater each customer's requirements on machine.
